Delivery
We aim to despatch orders from stock within 2 working days but there may be times that this timescale will not be possible therefore, you should allow 14 days for delivery from stock.

If all or part of your order is temporarily out of stock and we cannot re-stock in time to enable us to deliver within the normal 14 day period we will notify you of revised delivery times by e-mail and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.
You can be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched and of it’s estimated date of delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery of orders for any reason that is deemed to be out with our control. In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected time period, please allow two extra working days before notifying us.

Measurements/Descriptions
All sizes indicated, including dimensions, volume, and weight are approximate. Shipping weights are inclusive of all packaging. All measurements/descriptions provided are for use only as a guide and do not form part of any contract. We endeavour to provide accurate information but cannot be held liable for any discrepancies that appear on this website.

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we endeavour to show an accurate colour image, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see on your monitor or TV screen. This could be caused by the settings of your system or an adjustment made during or after photographic or other electronic processes. However, if you purchase any goods that you are not happy with, you have the right to return them for a full refund within 7 days. (excluding the cost of delivery to or from our premises).
